CLEVELAND COUNTY 25 DOGS IN NEED
August 21, 2021
On Saturday, August 21, 2021 our group was contacted by a local Sherrif to assess a situation in Cleveland County. There is a property of what deputies counted to be at least 25 dogs of various ages and health conditions. Their owner had a medical emergency and was taken by ambulance leaving neighbors to care for the dogs.
Understandably the situation easily got out overwhelming and they called the County to advise they could no longer manage the care of these dogs.
Unfortunately the owners health has not improved and the County is forced to take action and find them care and placement. That’s where we come in. Once the court has granted permission to begin the removal of animals we’ll have 25, possibly more dogs to locate, crate, transport, get medical care and find fosters for.
We ask for the community’s help; if you are interested in fostering one of these babies please message us. If you can’t take on the task of fostering at this time but would like to donate please use the PayPal link on our home page.
